Being listed is free, permanently, with no listing fee. It is how a hospital coordinator finds you when they have a patient who needs clearance before a treatment date.
Listings are being opened by hand right now. The registry is live but we are adding practices one at a time so that every listing is checked before a coordinator sees it. Email us and a person will set yours up, usually the same day.

What happens next
- You send the details. Practice name, where you are, who answers clearance referrals, and the best way for a coordinator to reach you.
- We check the credential exists. We verify a credential is current. We never assess skill and we never rank practices.
- You appear on every list you qualify for. Shown in full, no ranking, no paid placement.
What listing does not cost you
There is no fee to be listed, now or later, and nothing to install. When a referral arrives you answer it in a browser.
You are never paid for receiving a referral and never charged for one. The fee structure does not vary with the number or the value of the patients that come your way, in either direction.
